ARISE — the Association to Rebuild India through Service and Entrepreneurship — develops its associates through Learn, Serve and Earn, up a twelve-level ladder of transformation. Earn Partners complete the third leg: companies that offer internships, apprenticeships, projects and jobs to associates as they rise.
You are not asked for money. You are asked for opportunity — and in return you get candidates whose discipline, teamwork and character have been observed over months of real service, not asserted on a CV.

CSR contribution is not eligible for deduction under Section 80G, and we will never suggest otherwise to your finance team. Deductibility applies to voluntary philanthropy, not to statutory CSR spend.
A CSR budget needs a project with a boundary, a budget, a timeline and a metric. Each of these is one. Fund one outright, fund a share, or fund several as a multi-year programme.
