A multi-dimensional assessment system.
What is not measured is not real. Every child is tracked across ten parameters, with academic marks as just one of them:
Health & fitness · Hard work · Consistency · Teamwork · Discipline · Spiritual development · Character · Leadership · Entrepreneurship · Scholastics
It is a fairer, fuller picture of a child than a mark sheet, issued every year. And it is being developed into a software product — a way for any school to measure the whole child, not only ours.
This is what makes the model auditable. A donor, a partner or a government can ask what changed in a child, and receive an answer with evidence behind it.
Why the institution is the unit
The school as the nucleus of a whole community.
Most schools stop at the child. A SIRI institution refuses to. The child is the doorway through which an entire family, then a community, is rebuilt.
Children → Family → Community → Nation
- Children — free, dignified education across ten dimensions of growth.
- Family — weekly training for parents, courses for mothers, a place of honour for elders. The household rises with the child.
- Community — trees planted at every home, mothers leading value education, neighbours drawn into the work of the school.
- Nation — children of character become citizens of consequence. Multiply the model, and the community school becomes national infrastructure.
This is not theory. It has run every school day since 2021 at Noble International School, Bagalur — 160 children, 100+ families, 2,000 trees.
